Good to know
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests open the gallery link or scan the QR code in their phone's browser, sign in once with a 6-digit code on WhatsApp or email, take one selfie, and see their photos. They can add the gallery to their home screen if they like.
How does the face search work?
When you upload, our AI finds the faces in every photo. A guest's selfie is compared only with the faces in that one gallery, and they see the photos that match. It works best with a clear, front-facing selfie in good light.
Who can see the photos?
The couple decides. They can let guests see the whole gallery, or only the photos each guest is in. They can hide any photo and add a gallery password.
Is our data safe?
Photos are kept in private storage and galleries are not listed or searchable. Guests' selfies are used for the search and are never stored. Face data is used only to match photos inside that one gallery.
Can I put my studio's logo on the gallery?
Yes. Your logo, studio name, website, Instagram and WhatsApp appear on every gallery you create, so guests know whose work they are looking at.
How many photos can one gallery hold?
The free gallery holds 1,000 photos; every paid plan holds 3,000. Need more? Add extra photos on any plan for ₹1 each. The 6-month plan adds 1 video and the 12-month plan 2 videos, up to 500 MB each. Duplicate photos are skipped automatically.
What does it cost?
Your first gallery is free for 3 months (1,000 photos), with no card needed. After that it is ₹300 per gallery for 1 month, ₹1,700 for 6 months (with 1 video) or ₹2,999 for 12 months (with 2 videos). Extra photos cost ₹1 each on any plan.
What happens when the free period or a plan ends?
The gallery moves to the archive and guests can no longer open it. Choose a plan within 3 months to bring it back exactly as it was. After 3 months in the archive, its photos and face data are deleted for good.
We are a couple. What does it cost us?
Your photographer may already include it in your package. If not, message Team Cele-Brat on WhatsApp with your wedding date and number of events and we will send you a price.
